1. Bookings & confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after we acknowledge them on WhatsApp/phone and receive the agreed advance. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points and are subject to change based on dates, availability and season.

2. Payments

A partial advance is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable as agreed (typically on arrival). Payment methods and schedules will be shared in writing at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

Free rescheduling is generally available up to 7 days before travel, subject to hotel and transport policies. Cancellations closer to the travel date may attract charges levied by hotels, transporters or activity operators. Specific terms are confirmed per booking.

4. Changes due to weather & road conditions

Mountain travel can be affected by weather, snow, landslides and permit rules (e.g. Rohtang Pass). Itineraries may be adjusted for safety without prior notice. We are not liable for delays or changes beyond our control.

5. Activities & safety

Adventure activities are operated by third-party certified operators. Participation is at your own risk, subject to their safety guidelines. We reserve the right to cancel weather-dependent activities.

6. Liability

Manali Chalo acts as a travel facilitator. We are not liable for personal loss, injury or damage arising from third-party services, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
